Metrics are processed every 4 hours of the day. You can submit a metric more than once in a day. You can text in any or all of the metrics you wish to. You do not need to capitalize the keywoods. Keywords must be entered in exactly as the format above. Metrics must be sent in by midnight for them to be properly collected and accounted for.
Diet and sleep are yes no questions. Answer yes sleep if you got 7 hours or more sleep when you woke up in the morning. Answer yes to diet if you practiced healthy eating for the day. If you want to track both of these metrics, it is a good idea to answer yes or no on a a daily basis.
Body weight should be submitted once a week. If submitted more than once in a week, the latest version submitted will be recorded you can round up or submit submit tenths of a pound if you choose to. For example 200 or 200.5 lbs.

For your own records and accountability, pictures of your meals can be texted. Please text as you go. The time recorded for each meal will be the time it was texted in. You will see a daily-log directory inside your weekly trackig folder. Logs will be stored inside a daily directory. Similar to metric collection, food logs are updated every 4 hours throughout the day.
